Bakso
Malang recipe is the one you can try at home, either as an appetizer, or as a snack and dessert, also as a body warmers when rain and cold weather. Malang is famous for cold, therefore much food served hot that aims to warm the body from cold weather.
Although called a bakso Malang or penthol Malang, but this Bakso, also found in many other cities in Indonesia. When you visit Malang city on east java, there is no harm to try the taste of Bakso Kota and Bakso President at there which already famous delicacy. Ingredients
- 350 grams beef
- 50 grams of sago flour
- 100 cc cold water
- 1 egg
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp salt
Bakso Gravy
- 2 liters of water
- 600 gr cattle knee / cattle bone
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 leeks, slice
- 3 tsp salt
Complementary ingredients:
- 10 pieces of dumpling, fried
- 150 grams yellow wet noodles
- 10 fried beancurd (tahu), diagonal sliced, a little notch
- Some leeks, slice more little
- Fried onions suficiently
- chili sauce, boiled
How to Make Bakso Malang
Ways of making Bakso:
- Puree the garlic, pepper, and salt.
- Minced meat until smooth. Mix with sagu flour, spices, eggs, and cold water to make a batter.
- Stir well with a little slam.
- Take 1/3 batter, set aside for tofu content..
- Boil water, then turn off the flame.

- Sprinkle with green onion, remove from heat.
- Prepare a bowl, arrange noodles, Bakso, and beancurd inside
- Pour the Bakso gravy, sprinkle with green onions and fried onions.
- Serve with fried dumplings and boiled chili sauce.
